About the Author

    My name is Anna Caroline Schuetz and I am 17 years old. I am a senior at Dunlap High School, and I have lived here my whole life. I live with my parents (Scott & Kelly), my two sisters, Leah (14, freshman), Maya (13, 8th grade), and my 5 year old pup Teddi.

    I am on the swim team at Dunlap, and I am a member of St. Jude Club, which I actively participate in. I have a job as a receptionist at Scissors for Hair, and I also nanny for 3 kids outside of school, who are legitimately my favorite little people in the world. And in my "free time" (I don't have very much of that), I love to watch movies, binge TV shows, hang out with my friends, take pictures of life around me, and cook or bake good food.

    I have loved cooking ever since I can remember. Since I am the oldest, I was always whipping up something for my sisters to eat, because they were always incapable (cue me rolling my eyes).  Even if it was just microwaving or putting chicken nuggets in the oven, I loved the idea of being able to provide. I was probably in the 6th grade when I started getting into Pinterest and finding my own recipes. Ever since then, I get in the kitchen when I can to make good food for dinner. I really try to find the healthiest options with lots of vegetables and meats, but I love all the pasta and I have a serious sweet tooth.
